• Listing information: business name, category, address, state/district, location coordinates, phone/WhatsApp number, email, social media links and photos.
• Uploaded documents: business cards or registration documents you upload for verification or automatic form filling.
• Payment information: bill references and transaction status. We do NOT store your credit card numbers or banking credentials — all payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and basic statistics.

Information is used to publish your business listing to the public, process payments, send receipts and transaction notifications, verify listing ownership claims, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Please note that listing information (business name, phone number, address, location and photos) is public: anyone can see it and search engines may index it.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the platform: the payment gateway (toyyibPay), transactional email provider, hosting/cloud provider, map provider, and the automatic (AI) text extraction service for documents you upload. We may also disclose information where required by law or by the authorities.

Data is retained while your listing is active or for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and administrator access controls.

We use local storage and essential cookies to keep your session and search preferences. You may clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working properly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent for certain processing. Send requests to info@direktoribiz.my and we will act within a reasonable time.

This service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
